Clinician / Therapist — Trauma-Informed Community Practice
Full-time | Bangor, Maine | $65,000–$72,000 DOE
At Saint Andre Home, we believe every person deserves to heal, grow, and thrive. Our programs provide trauma-informed, strengths-based care to people who have experienced trauma and are facing life's challenges. This includes survivors of human trafficking, exploitation, and abuse—as well as others seeking support with navigating life's journey. We're looking for a compassionate, licensed clinician to join our small, supportive team in Bangor.

What You'll Do
· Provide individual and group therapy using trauma-engaged, strengths-based approaches.
· Complete diagnostic assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans.
· Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and community events.
· Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and billing.
· Work collaboratively with community partners to support holistic healing.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. with occasional evening or weekend events.
Qualifications
· Master's degree in a mental health field (social work, counseling, or related discipline)
· Maine licensure: LCSW, LMSW-CC, LCPC, or LCPC-C
· Familiarity with MaineCare billing a plus
· Passion for trauma-informed care and supporting people on their recovery paths
