Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have New York civil litigation experience in general commercial litigation, creditor's rights, collections and judgment enforcement.
• This role offers the opportunity for hands-on litigation, including courtroom experience and deposition practice
• Licensed to practice law in New York
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Bar admission in New York
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work both independently and in teams
