Together, we won't stopThe Sr. Director of AI & Data Engineering leads the architecture, design, development, and implementation of end-to-end data and AI products across the Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain organization and will establish excellence strategically and operationally as we deliver on the following –Un-carrier Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of production ready solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure in the cloud using defined enterprise design patterns.
Establish and drive the strategic direction for end-to-end information solutions in alignment with strategic priorities and enterprise direction; and lead a leadership team in solving enterprise issues concerning information management to improve information quality, reliability, and scalability.

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field years of experience in leading strategy, innovation, and architecting data projects and products.10+ years of experience in a technical field, AI, data science, and analytics.7+ years proven experience in a leadership role in data engineering and architecture, focusing on end-to-end data product strategy.7+ years advanced knowledge of data tools, techniques, and manipulation including cloud platforms, programming languages, and technology platforms.
Washington Pay Range :
$243, $329,000.00The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
