Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing technical expertise and support to sales team and customers.
Imperative in understanding customer needs, presenting product solutions, and driving sales growth.
Collaborate with the sales team and identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process
Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and bids
Manage customer forecasts and planning to assure inventory levels are adequate.
Onboard new customers
Requirements:
Strong proficiency with ERP and Inventory Management systems
Ability to analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
Understanding of CAD Data, SolidWorks and Blueprints necessary
Strong sales acumen and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts.
Project management skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
