    Description

    The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle incoming calls and customer escalations to the proper person or department for resolution.
    • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
    • Confirmation of customer order.
    • Provide pricing and availability of products to customers.
    • Pricing and building of unique customer requirements.
    • Customer order maintenance and follow-up.
    • Obtain frequently required information from customers in regard to forecasting, competition, and product surveys.
    • Build relationships with all customers, specifically the decision-makers and Outside Sales Reps.
    • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
    • Prospect call preparation, including company background research and other pertinent lead information.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
    • At least 1 - 3 years of sales experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
    • Excellent customer service skills, phone, and email etiquette
    • A minimum of 1 - 2 years of sales experience supporting a manufacturing operation piping system knowledge is preferred.
