Unity Developer - Remote

THIS POSITION IS PENDING CONTRACT AWARD

Job Description: Delaware Resource Group is currently seeking Unity Developers to support U.S. Navy training systems (pending award). Unity developers perform a variety of systematic, disciplined, and quantifiable approaches to the development, operation, and maintenance of software, encompassing techniques and procedures often regulated by a software development process.
*This is a REMOTE position*. All candidates must have reliable digital networking capabilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Candidate must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Design/develop simulations for training.
Review Government Furnished Information and all training requirements from Instructional Designers.
Support design meetings with SMEs and 3D Animators.
Create Unity PC Simulations for complex systems.
May be required to lead team in execution of daily duties

Qualifications

Qualifications and Requirements:

Level III (Senior):

May require a master's degree and/or Ph.

At least 12 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks.
May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered a top-level contributor/specialist.
Have experience with the following programs: Unity Pro, Autodesk 3D Max, 3D asset pipeline, visual studio, Universal Render Pipeline, Unity Render.
May lead and direct the work of others.
May report to an executive or director.

Level II (Intermediate):

May require a master's degree.
At least 5-12 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Have experience with the following programs: Unity Pro, Autodesk 3D Max, 3D asset pipeline, visual studio, Universal Render Pipeline, Unity Render.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
May lead and direct the work of others.
May report to a supervisor or manager.

Level I (Entry/Junior):

Requires a HS Diploma (BA/BS Preferred).
Requires 0-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Have experience with the following programs: Unity Pro, Autodesk 3D Max, 3D asset pipeline, visual studio, Universal Render Pipeline, Unity Render.
Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

As required.

Security Responsibilities:

Secret level DoD Security Clearance required.
Compliance with all company Information Systems security policies and procedures.
