    Manager – Account Management

    What We Need
    Corpay is currently looking to hire a Manager – Account Management within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Comdata line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN or Beaverton, OR.

    In this role, you will be responsible for the Account Management team in Operations that manages Comdata's Direct and Channel Customers.

    You will report directly to the VP of Customer Success and Services and regularly collaborate with other team(s)/department(s).

    Role Responsibilities

    The responsibilities of the role will include:
    Possessing an in-depth knowledge of the functions and problem-solving of the Account Management team.
    Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements. We are a rapidly growing organization that seeks automation and scalability. We need experience in achieving both.
    Taking initiative in managing process improvements.
    Coaching and mentoring team members in the fulfillment of their responsibilities.
    Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
    Organized approach to work.
    self-driven, works with urgency, prides himself/herself in timely and effective communication, and puts strong emphasis on the team members and our customers
    Qualifications & Skills
    Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver on commitment
    Ability to teach and mentor.
    Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

    A servant leadership perspective that serves the needs of the team members and understands how to best motivate the individual.

    Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment
    Background in payment processing
    Salesforce skills, exceptional in Excel and reporting

    College Degree with at least 5 years of work experience, including at least 2 years as a manager of people.
