GCSolutions is an alternative legal service provider that offers clients cost-effective services staffed by highly qualified attorneys.

Candidates will have primary experience with general corporate and commercial contract law.

Additional areas of interest include corporate governance matters, mergers & acquisitions, real estate and securities law (1933 and 1934 Act matters).

This position is open to any office locations.
Candidates with experience in trademarks, SAAS Agreements/licensing agreements, or data privacy will also be considered.
Candidates who are fluent in Japanese or Spanish are highly sought.
Candidates must have excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials as well as strong writing and analytical skills.
