    Description

    The eCommerce Customer Service Representative performs assigned duties under the direction of the eCommerce Manager. This role supports Wasatch Rx's online business partnerships through purchasing, order management, customer service, and eCommerce platform management.

    • Hybrid Remote Work Schedule: After 90 days of employment, employees are eligible to work remotely Tuesday through Thursday. Required in-office days are Monday and Friday.
    • Job Type: Full-time or Part-time with varying schedules

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Purchasing (40%): Source products online, place orders via website or chat, verify records and coordinate delivery
