    Job Description

    Job DescriptionPDQ Staffing Inc. Is seeking experienced and reliable Sit-Down forklift operators to join our team at a busy warehouse located in Lancaster. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating a Sit-down forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Operators will be accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and be required to perform order picker duties.Job Type: Sit-Down ForkliftPay Rate: $18.00Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm Key Responsibilities
    1. Operate Sit-down forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
    2. Move materials to and from storage areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, and containers.
    3. Perform daily equipment checks to ensure proper operation and report any maintenance needs.
    4. Maintain inventory accuracy by documenting movements of materials in and out of the warehouse.
    5. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
    6. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
    7. Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors
    Qualifications:
    1. Proven experience as a Sit-Down forklift operator in a warehouse setting.
    2. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as needed.
    3. Good organizational and time-management skills.
    4. Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
    5. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
    6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
