- Lead the entitlement process, securing necessary permits and approvals to advance multiple projects.
- Manage and coordinate all consultants including landscape architects, civil engineers, environmental consultants, geotechnical engineers, and more.
- Due diligence management, including the procurement and analysis of proposals, review of reports, and detailed discussion with consultants as needed to address areas of concern.
- Lead rezoning and annexation petition approvals including attending and presenting at neighborhood meetings and public hearings as needed.
- Conduct thorough reviews to ensure engineering work meets all project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project design, approval, and permitting processes.
- Manage detailed project tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance tracking.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with municipal agencies and representatives, consultants, and industry partners.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Communicate with leadership about any changes in regulation for specific submarkets.
- Proficiency in land entitlements and familiarity with zoning and regulatory compliance, preferably with at least three years experience.
