    Over time, that one article of clothing, created to celebrate love, has turned into a world filled with all things romantic, dreamy and drenched in optimism - from clothing to tabletop, bedding, swim, ski, travel accessories, shoes and more.

    ROLE OVERVIEWThis Key Holder position is an entry into management. This role requires key holder responsibilities while driving personal sales goals.

    A key holder shares a division of responsibility with both management as well as a sales lead while demonstrating excellent customer service.

    This position runs from May 13th, September 16th, 2024 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Selling & Client Service Greet and acknowledge all customersProvide courteous and knowledgeable customer service in every area of the storeMeet or exceed your goals that will be set and given to you by managementMaintain an accurate, efficient and effective client bookAssist sales team with selling and clienteling.

    Visual Merchandising Assist with execution of floor sets.

    Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards on a daily basis according to the company's standardsMaintain proper fixture placement, lighting, and floor plan changesEnsure representation of all merchandise on the floor and make adjustments to merchandise placement as sell through dictates Operations Work with management to maximize sales by ensuring an efficient and customer friendly store.

    Oversee store in managements absenceMonitor Compliance to company policies and procedures when on shift and report compliance issues to managementAssist managers with Opening and Closing ProceduresMaintain offices, workspace, and Cash wraps to ensure they are fully stocked with suppliesAssist with Inventories and other Asset Protection needsThis job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described and may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of the Employer.
