    Job Description:

    We're on the lookout for a highly motivated individual with a customer-centric approach to join us as a Client Relations Manager. Your role will involve nurturing positive relationships with current members, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing personalized support to exceed their expectations at every touchpoint.

    Responsibilities:

    • Anticipate client needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience (retention).
    • Act as the main contact for existing customers, addressing inquiries and offering personalized assistance.
    • Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
    • Implement strategies to boost customer retention and lifetime value.
    • Conduct satisfaction surveys and collect feedback for service improvements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
    • Track key metrics like retention rates and customer satisfaction.
    • Stay updated on industry trends to better serve customers.
    • Engage in phone-based interactions to improve member satisfaction levels.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in customer service or client relations.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data for decision-making.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus!
    • Experience in managing high-volume phone communication.
    • Ability to build a department from scratch.
