Analyst, Investment Banking - SoftwareSan Francisco, United States of America EssentialFunctions/ResponsibilityStatements:
Provides support to senior bankers.
Develop client presentation materials, including all background research, analysis and drafting.
Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis.
Performing detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, tradingcomparables, transactioncomparablesand LBO analysis.
Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance withany and allapplicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies.

Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent work experience, in Finance, Business, or a related field.


Work Experience:
~ Experience inTechnology Investment Banking, preferably in Software 1+ year

Demonstrated knowledge ofcorporate finance and investment banking products, with a preference to experience in Software.
Expertknowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advancedfinancial modeling skills.
