    Full B2C brand and lead generation management
    Manage paid digital advertising and SEO/SEM efforts; assemble reporting for relevant KPIs including qualified lead tracking, website analytics/performance.
    Develop and implement AI process to execute marketing campaigns, market research, competitive benchmarking, and lead generation.
    Embrace an entrepreneurial culture internally with team members and externally with partners outside the box thinking.
    Provide leadership and manage the marketing/sales team.

    Collaborate with executive management and team members to ensure an excellent client experience across all client interactions from needs assessment through delivery and follow-up.

    Research and understand prospective clients business, business strategies, processes, and services.
    Develop market intelligence and analysis on selected targets and competitors.

    Requirements
    Must be able to be onsite daily in the Walnut Creek office.
    Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role managing others.
    Must be tech savvy and have an interest in utilizing technology for marketing efforts.
    Ideally coming from a retail background.
