    Job DescriptionThe Content Manager (CM) is responsible for leading the success of clients online marketing programs, including natural search, content marketing, and conversion optimization.

    The CM provides thought leadership on search strategies and optimization; builds strong relationships and establishes clear lines of communication with clients, partners, and internal staff members.

    The CM is analytical and uses problem-solving capabilities to ensure flawless program execution to meet and exceed stated objectives.


    Role Objectives:


    Account ManagementTakes responsibility for clients resultsLeads multiple client engagements, pending hourly requirementsEnsures client satisfaction and contract renewalLeader of client engagements Sets engagement strategy & goalsOrganizes internal and client resources to achieve clients objectivesManages all performance billing and Reporting responsibilities for the book of businessFollow all processes as defined by departmental managementProgram ManagementDirects and manages the daily work flow of engagements, and interfaces directly with day-to-day client contactsReviews client deliverables for QA and ensures that recommendations and work products are sound and viableProvides excellent communication via phone, emails, and direct contactCan independently manage engagements to specified KPIs, and satisfy client needsAssembles unique insights based on practiced experience with SEO fundamentalsWorks well within a pre-defined team structureUnderstands and correctly articulates the various SEO consultative offeringsDraft renewal plans for the continuation of consultative workSuperb organization and time management abilitySupplements knowledge of SEO channel and seeks out opportunities to broaden the skill setEffectively creates and delivers client presentationsProvides thought leadership to clients in searchCommands data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement changes for increasing the performance of client programsManages budgeting, forecasting, billing, and invoicingMeets specified deadlinesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentEmbraces and encourages a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity.
