    Position Requirements:
    1-2 years of service experience in a fast-paced, fine-dining restaurant required
    Sommelier-level wine knowledge is strongly preferred
    Weekend/ Monday availability required
    Polished and professional demeanor
    Positive, team-player mentality
    Ability to take initiative and assist colleagues without prompting
    A genuine love for food, seasonality, and hospitality
    Ability to remain calm in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
    Excellent communication skills

    Physical Demands
