    Job Summary:
    We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA.

    The ideal candidate will have a solid work history, holding a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management.

    With a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC design, estimating, and project management, the successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing and executing large-scale commercial projects.

    Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore is essential.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage commercial plumbing and HVAC projects from initiation to completion.

    Utilize expertise to contribute to accurate and efficient plumbing and HVAC system designs.

    Develop comprehensive project estimates, covering materials, labor, and equipment costs.

    Organize and maintain project documentation using tools like BlueBeam and Procore.

    Monitor project budgets, providing regular updates on financial status and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.

    Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project, ensuring timely project completion.

    Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for efficient project delivery.

    Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure work meets industry standards and exceeds client expectations.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.

    Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC design, estimating, and project management.

    Familiarity with project management tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.

    Proven experience in successfully managing large-scale commercial projects.

    Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Local presence with a stable work history and commitment to professional growth.
