Job summary
The Supportive Services Program Manager will serve as the lead resident services staff member promoting the housing retention and health and well-being of residents.
Collaborate with Property Management and community partners to support residents and enhance self-sufficiency.
- Manage the Resident Services program for a Supportive Housing Single Room Occupancy (SRO) community.
- Build positive relationships with residents focusing on respect kindness and their needs communicate regularly with residents to identify their needs prioritize resident-driven services that are culturally sensitive supervise support services personnel including Supportive Services Coordinators Peer Recovery Specialists Supported Employment employees Social Work Interns establish a standardized spending oversight process within budget goals ensure accurate invoice processing track direct financial assistance to residents in need improve access to mental health substance abuse treatment services through interdisciplinary teamwork coordinate with Supportive Services staff Psychiatrist Nurse partners enhance housing retention residents overall well-being document services resident contacts required grants FC documentation systems develop grant specific engagement outreach strategies data tracking/grant reporting methods ensure compliance established protocols focus resident retention cooperative planning property management social service providers community partners maintain open communication Supportive Services team senior management staff assist FC staff fundraising community awareness activities supportive housing maintain confidentiality confidentiality agreements compliance all applicable laws regulations related job duties assigned responsibilities may include but not limited to other tasks requested supervisor maintaining accuracy completeness records reports documents associated job position guidelines policies procedures instructions employee handbook policies codes standards legal requirements governmental regulations safety security risk management emergency response materials as directed by supervisor or designee participate training programs development opportunities at Foundation Communities actively contribute knowledge skills expertise professional growth development participating organizational committees task forces work groups teams collaborate share ideas innovation solutions help achieve organization mission vision values while upholding highest ethical standards integrity honesty transparency accountability responsibility others.
