    You will be the product manager for leading the charge to make the Lakehouse simple to use for non-technical users.

    This includes evolving our existing experiences within Databricks Intelligence Platform to leverage technical innovations such as large language models (LLMs), and also creating new surfaces to democratize access to data and insights.

    You will coordinate all product activities from vision to implementation, including engaging large enterprise customers to understand their needs, developing long-term product strategy, defining product roadmaps, working with engineering to build those products, and coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders (both pre- and post-launch) to ensure product success.


    The impact you will have:
    Articulate the vision and define the roadmap to democratize data in the Lakehouse
    Define product requirements and work closely with your engineering and design counterparts to bring products to life.
    Work closely with our customers and field engineering counterparts to develop a deep understanding of customer needs
    Lead the charge to make Databricks simpler and more accessible to non-technical persona

    What we look for:
    7+ years of experience leading technically complex enterprise products
    Prior success developing and bringing net new products to market
    Strong understanding of the business intelligence market and related technologies (e.g. data warehousing, dimensional data modeling, SQL, data visualization)

    The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.

    Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location.

    Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range.

    The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
