We are currently hiring energetic, team-oriented, and community-focused individuals to join our Equity Bank team. As a full-time teller, you will help build and expand client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.

• Duties include performing financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining cash levels within established protocols, adhering to operating procedures, demonstrating soundness in operations while minimizing risk exposure or loss.

• You will also be responsible for discovering key life events with clients to ensure bank products meet their financial needs. Additionally, you'll promote bank services outside the branch through professional client conversations that foster trust and credibility.
