Care Delivery:

To provide the highest quality of care to AccordCare clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure clients' needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction.

• Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
• Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.
• Help with general light housekeeping and meal prep.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience (preferred)
• Passionate about caregiving and a desire to help others
• Committed to being present and providing quality care
• Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage the demands of the job.
• Must meet State requirements for position
• Current CPR/BLS and TB
• Must be able to travel to patients' homes and have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and pass MVR check
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Base Pay Rate:
$13 to $15


Schedule:

• Flexible hours
• Hours 11am to 3pm
• Hours 9am to 2pm
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday availability
• Weekend availability
• Self-determined schedule
• Differentials available
