This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

About the Position: Serves as a Program Analyst and technical advisor who oversees execution of programs of significant scope and mission impact.

Duties

• Serves as a Program Analyst in support of the PEO/Project Manager (PM) Office.
• Conducts program surveys, audits, projects, etc., and provides advisory services to operating or management officials regarding complex programs along with recommendations that can represent significant departures from established work operations.
• Plans and carries out projects and analyses for a portion of the organization's budget and provides financial advice of the organization's program financial requirements.
• Identifies resources required to support varied levels of program operations.
