    Summary : Operates and monitors MiO Filler for the manufacturing of MiO liquid juice drinks.

    Essential duties and responsibilities:

    Starts up, operates, and shuts down Optima bottle staging, air rinser, filling capping, equipment, coder and conveying systems. Monitors mechanical operation of equipment, unjam machines, helps troubleshoot and notifies technician and/or Coordinator of issues. Monitors quality issues and performs and records checks on bottle code legibility and correctness, weights, temperatures, seal integrity, Complete Sanitation Check points and daily PM`s. Needs working knowledge of quality PH swabs, HACCP program and PM work orders. Communicates with other Optima operators to ensure adequate quantities of correct packaging materials are on the line. Maintains good housekeeping, and performs Mini cleans, CIP`s, interdictives, product pushes and changeovers as required. Provides input toward team development and participates in Green Room process improvement meetings. Staying over for second level green room. Maintains Employee Food Safety Awareness. Follows Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Dress Code policies. Performs other duties as may be assigned. Able to operate Hertzler (wt.) program efficiency on computer. Able to operate OEE down time program efficiency on computer. Be aware of quality. Know all E stops on filler and where they are as well as having knowledge of other parts and functions of the filler. Should know all unit operations and responsibilities and to assist as needed. Be able to lift minim of 40 pounds Performs other duties as assigned.

    This position also has accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the Winchester Kraft Heinz QRMP accountability document.
