    Responsibilities:

    Capable of communicating, leading, and implementing effective results between all departments for compensation related issues

    Lead company-wide compensation meetings, designed for salary grades, job descriptions, program design, analysis, and implementation of new programs

    Work with and advise executive team members to build out compensation strategy

    Develop plans focused on communication and education; knowledgeable with compensation related processes: merit and bonus cycles, pay changes

    Complete market research and gain a better understanding of how to help provide feedback to upper management on strategies & compensation structures

    Qualifications:

    At least 3+ years of compensation experience

    Preferred management or mentorship of compensation team

    Bachelors degree in business, human resources, or a related field
