    Your role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Hospice will involve delivering top-notch patient care and administering technical services in patients' homes:

    • Provide skilled nursing care under the guidance of a registered nurse on a daily basis
    • Administer prescribed medications and treatments following state regulations
    • Assist in special procedures as required by the physician or RN
    • Support patients with daily activities, encouraging self-care
    • Communicate changes in the patient's condition to the healthcare team promptly
    • Manage advanced wound care with documented training as necessary

    Educational Requirements: Associate Degree or equivalent certification
    Licensing and Certification: Mandatory

    Licensing Criteria:

    • Hold an unrestricted license in the state of practice
    • Valid CPR certification
    • Possess a driver's license, vehicle insurance, and have access to reliable transportation
