    Position Summary

    We seek an Engagement Assurance Specialist to join the Engagement Assurance team. The Engagement Assurance team is responsible for executing specific processes that support the Huron Digital capability in managing project risk, reporting engagement health, and assessing client satisfaction. This team is a cornerstone within a larger Enabling Capabilities organization, sponsored directly by the Huron Digital global practice lead. The Engagement Assurance Specialist role will support specific tasks within the Engagement Assurance team.
    This position is full time, virtual (no travel), and reports directly to the Engagement Assurance Team Lead.

    Qualifications

  • Oversee execution of large program Project Health Risk (PHR) reviews to highlight risks and ensure better engagement outcomes; present review analysis to engagement teams
  • Monitor ongoing PHR reviews and manage PHR metrics and dashboard reporting in Smartsheet
  • Continuously assess and evaluate the PHR process to recommend and implement efficiency improvements
  • Drive the opportunity approval process within the Digital capability and facilitate weekly Risk and Deal review meetings with opportunity owners; document opportunities, notes from meetings, and approvals
  • Collaborates with Digital solution area leadership to evaluate Project Health Risk review (PHR) pipeline; review and present analysis on a quarterly basis to observe any new trends
  • Analyze current and potential problem engagements, actively create and communicate robust corrective action and mitigation plans, and offer decisive recommendations
  • Proven history of effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams, including engagement leads and leadership
  • Ability to establish, monitor, and achieve project goals with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal audiences
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new and changing environments and processes
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual or remote team environment where not all team members are in the same location
  • Minimum of 5 years of consulting project management Experience
  • Candidates may live anywhere in the contiguous US – note this is a non-billable role with no travel required
  • The estimated base salary range for this job is $130,000 - $180,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $149,500 - $200,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
