    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Schnitzer Steel. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide best-in-class customer care and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
    • Promote sales and service to customers, meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets.
    • Maintain a high level of integrity, adhering to company policies and procedures.
    • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
    • Identify and address customer concerns, escalating issues to management as needed.
    • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve sales and customer service skills.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
