- Monitor and follow-up internet leads
- Determining each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions but most important, listening
- Setting and confirming appointments, following up for each shown or missed appointment
- Gathering information for customers and getting that information back to them in a timely manner
- Metting with the sales managers regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis
- Proper walk-around and vehicle demos. (Test Drives)
- Sell vehicles utilizing the Hyundai Montgomery Sales Process
- Deliver vehicles to customers. The delivery process ensures that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warrant and paperwork
- Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on customer satisfaction and being devoted to guaranteeing a 5-star rating
- Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
- Understand the dealerships inventory and its location
- Forecast goals at the beginning of each month
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values
