Job summary
Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking delivery and clearing of any food and/or beverage items Checks station before during and after shift for proper set-up cleanliness Greets guests in a friendly courteous manner explain any specials promotions for guest awareness Takes order inputs order into Point of Sale computer informs kitchen particulars order Retrieves order from kitchen confirms accuracy delivers it to guests Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout meal service Abide state federal regulations restaurant liquor policies pertaining serving alcoholic beverages minors intoxicated guests Requirements High School graduate equivalent preferred Must 18 years age older Valid Alcohol certification required TABC BASSET Prefer minimum one year previous serving experience Ability communicate English verbal written Must have courteous friendly professional demeanor Ability stand walk carry food trays prolonged periods time
