    Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Defines and manages product roadmap.
    • Build, groom and prioritize the product backlog, continuously managing expectations with relevant stakeholders including the senior leadership team.
    • Manage the sprint planning process and participate in all relevant ceremonies (reviews of prior sprints, grooming, retrospectives, etc.).
    • Develop a deep contextual understanding of our customer, worker and user needs.
    • Gather market feedback through user interactions, focus groups, and by performing industry research to support future development.
    • Write detailed functional specifications, user stories and product documentation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of developers, designers and analysts to implement and deliver new products and features.
    • Collaborate with the organization on vision, strategy, decisioning, tactical execution, and measurement systems.
    • Communicate roadmap stages and timelines internally with key stakeholders.

    Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

    • Entrepreneurial with a strong inclination towards action.
    • Preferred Product Owner Certification obtained within 6 months upon entry of role.
    • Ability to communicate complex and innovative concepts to a new product development team.
    • Clear passion for topics of technology products and an ability to identify possibilities to innovate.
    • Ability to be self-directed and to proactively anticipate problems and seek opportunities.
    • Excellent communication skills including the ability to build relationships.
    • Understanding of the SDLC process and the ability to work in an agile environment with bi-weekly releases.
    • Experience operating in an environment driven by KPIs.
    • 5 or more years working in utility industry.
    • Experience as a Product Analyst.
    • Agile Product Owner certification.
    • "Black Belt" Six Sigma certification.
    • Experience with Jira.
    • Experience with relevant new product or technology development experience working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with teams developing and shipping software.
