The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes and glassware are cleaned and organized in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment in the kitchen
• Organize and maintain a clean and efficient dishroom area
• Ensure that all trash and recycling are disposed of properly
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that the kitchen remains clean and well-organized throughout the shift

Requirements

• Ability to lift 20 pounds or more
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
