- Design and develop automated scripts using PowerShell and image scripting to automate repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and minimize human error.
- Utilize your application development knowledge with VBA and/or PowerApps to create user-friendly tools that enhance business workflows and user experience.
- Provide expert support for Windows 10/11 environments, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with Senior Systems Engineers and Technical Leads to identify opportunities for automation, escalate complex issues, and share scripting knowledge.
- (Optional) Leverage your SQL knowledge (if applicable) to extract valuable data insights and contribute to the development of robust reporting solutions.
- 7+ years of experience as an IT Systems Engineer or a similar role.
- Proven proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and image scripting.
- Solid understanding of application development concepts with experience using VBA and/or PowerApps.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
