Our receptionists have the pleasure of delivering top-tier customer service to our human and furry clients The position requires a strong ability to multitask. This position calls for strengths in multitasking skills, including handling a multi-line phone system, utilizing the reservation program Gingr, responding to emails, and documenting pets' belongings. Expect a dynamic blend of responsibilities, from seated tasks to moving around, managing dogs on leashes, handling items up to 50 lbs, like bags of dog food, and engaging in sanitation duties.
