Job summary
We are seeking a Phlebotomist I to join our team in Winter Haven, FL. This is a part-time position that requires working every Saturday from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM as well as Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings.Responsibilities
* Collect specimens according to established procedures* Administer oral solutions according to established training* Research test/client information and confirm and verify all written and electronic orders by utilizing lab technology systems* Obtain identification accurately enter billing information collect payments when required following corporate policies* Perform all non-patient facing duties such as inventory stock supplies sanitizing filing answering phones utilizing email appropriately* Read understand comply with departmental policies protocols procedures * Assist with compilation submission of statistics data when required Maintain appropriate phlebotomy logs timely manner based frequency
- Collect specimens according to established procedures.
- This includes drug screens biometric screening insurance exams.
- Administer oral solutions according to established training.
