- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and standards
- Manage patient care services, including quality assurance, utilization review, and case management
- Collaborate with other community partners to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical staff
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Active state license as a Registered Nurse or other healthcare professional
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare management or medical management
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for healthcare agencies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
