    Description

    Consumer electronic/accessories tech company is in search of a Social Media Manager residing on the west coast.

    • Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube to boost brand visibility and interaction.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to incorporate social-first content into quarterly marketing campaigns, endorsing product launches, brand events, and cultural involvements.
    • Manage the daily social media schedule, guaranteeing that all content is captivating, timely, and in line with our brand objectives.
    • Create and supervise stimulating multimedia content, including coordinating in-house photo and video sessions to back our social media endeavors.
    • Establish and nurture connections with digital content producers, influencers, and trendsetters linked to our core interest areas of style, sustainability, and technological advancement.
    • Study competitor movements and social media patterns to set up standards and shape content tactics within teams.
    • Track and present reports on social media performance, utilizing insights to steer ongoing enhancements and advancements in our social strategies.

    Qualities:

    • Social media specialist with 3-5 years of experience in a Social Media or analogous role, ideally in the consumer products or tech sector.
    • Culturally informed, possessing a deep awareness of trends and dialogues pertinent to our target audience.
    • Effective communicator and storyteller, capable of composing engaging messages and content for various audiences.
    • Team player who excels in cooperative environments and is at ease collaborating with diverse and global teams.
    • Proficient in content development, with a body of work encompassing photo and video production for social media.
    • Well-connected in the digital influencer and content creator community, with a history of cultivating rewarding partnerships.

    Demands:

    • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or corresponding practical experience.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and knowledgeable about Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Proven skill in social copywriting and content generation.
    • Proficiency with social media management tools.

    Compensation:

    $70,000-85,000 + bonus
