    The opportunity

    Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Commissary Supervisor to join our team at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Commissary Supervisor, you will assist management in carrying out daily operations of the commissary and warehouse department.

    What will you do?
    • Supervise commissary team, including assigning duties, training, coaching, and counseling
    • Ensure proper stock of food and beverage products
    • Oversee inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, cycle counting
    • Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas
    • Oversee the proper closing of assigned area
    • Enforce company policies and safety regulations
    • Initiate and organize procedures to set standards for the warehouse
    More about you
    • Minimum 6 months food and beverage commissary or related experience required
    • Previous experience with Excel or similar database management computer systems required
    • Ability to delegate and coach others
    • Basic math skills
    • Ability to read and interpret deliveries and purchases
    • No college degree required
    • Potential overnight availability
    Physical requirements
    • Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 165 pounds
    • Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during the entire length of shift
    • Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures may range from cold to hot depending on the season
