Job summary
Medical assistants provide support in delivering excellent patient service clinical support and front office duties to promote health and wellness.The MA ensures the clinic runs efficiently by managing the flow of patient services monitoring resources works collaboratively with clinic providers.
Key responsibilities include taking manual vital signs administering immunizations performing point of care testing assisting providers with diagnostic tests treating patients tracking future care needs coordinating referrals managing patient flow setting up exam/procedure rooms handling phone lines ordering supplies maintaining confidentiality participating in team meetings attending training sessions working flexible hours as assigned.
