Purpose & Impact:
This role involves direct service delivery. The Youth Care Specialist oversees residents (youth), providing quality care, maintaining a safe environment, and organizing outside activities. As a Youth Care Specialist, you will serve as a role model, encouraging residents to focus on educational and life skills growth.
Essential Functions:

Education:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year experience working with youth and at-risk populations in a structured setting preferred.
