    Description

    Job Title:

    A Driver and Licensed Practical Nurse is needed to join our team at Sr. The ideal candidate will have a heart for serving others with hospitality, excellence, appreciation, respect, and teamwork.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Transport residents on scheduled trips and special events.
    • Monitor the condition of the vehicle and coordinate necessary maintenance as required.

    Clinical Responsibilities:

    • Administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.
    • Assess new residents during admissions and complete admission documentation.
    • Create acute and long-term care plans or service plans.
    • Track clinical systems (e.g., wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director.
    • Provide health-related consultations within the community.
    • Notify physicians and family members of changes in residents' health and document properly.
    • Respond quickly to emergencies.
    • Maintain close communication with departments and staff.
    • Conduct educational meetings for residents and staff.
    • Understand the role in the Safety & Disaster Plan.
    • Maintain confidentiality of residents' and prospective residents' information.
    • Attend training, in-service, and staff meetings.
    • Promote a safe working environment through accident prevention and equipment preservation.
    • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
    • Assist with discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed.
    • Adhere to Senior Lifestyle Corporation policies and procedures.

    Requirements:

    • Degree: Training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program.
    • Field of Study: General nursing.
    • Experience: 1 year.
    • Type of Experience: Senior care or related field.
    • Certifications: Current Licensed Practical Nurse's License and CPR Certification.
