- Prepare 3D models and drawings for projects
- Manage project workflow and schedules
- Mentor drafters and evaluate manpower requirements
- Draft technical details and specify materials
- Create material lists and weight reports
- Review and check drawings for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with design team and clients
- Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards
- Assist in estimating man-hours and budgets
- Perform field work as needed for project design
- Minimum 15 years of structural drafting experience in Oil & Gas
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with AutoCAD, Advance Steel, Navisworks, PDMS, and E3D
- Knowledge of AISC, AWS, API RP 2A, and OSHA standards
- Familiarity with civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical components
- Ability to work occasional overtime and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds
- Clear speech and hearing for effective communication
- Capability to sit for extended periods
- Good vision and manual dexterity for office duties
- Physical mobility for office tasks and travel

Job Summary:
Looking for a skilled Structural Designer to join our team at Structural Solutions Inc. You will be responsible for creating layouts and designs of complex offshore and onshore structural systems using 2D and 3D modeling software. As a Lead Structural Designer, you may lead a group of drafters on projects.
