Summary:
Baptist Health Home Health Physical Therapist provides, manages, and coordinates physical therapy services for a caseload of patients. Works with autonomy and accountability demonstrating expertise in providing care for a complex patient population. Committed to professional and department growth and enhancement. The Staff Therapist III has one year experience with BH.

Must be able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge necessary to provide care appropriate to the ages of the patients served, mentor staff and students and active in QA/ performance improvement activities.

Other Information:
Minimum of one year experience with BH. Experience demonstrating proficiency in treating the HH patient population, CPR certification. xhmxlyz Licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy.
