    Job Title:

    Registered Nurse

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our patients in our Inpatient Services Unit.

    Responsibilities:

    • Care for patients and families in an acute setting, utilizing advanced assessment and physical examination skills to deliver high-quality patient care services.
    • Plan, direct, and evaluate total nursing care, ensuring effective communication with colleagues and other departments.
    • Maintain accurate records, participate in education, and contribute to policy development and skill upgrading.

    Schedule:

    This part-time position offers 60 hours of work every two weeks, with variable shifts including 12-hour days and overnights during the week, as well as rotating weekends and holidays.

    Compensation:

    Pay rates range from $41.32 to $68.11 per hour, depending on experience and degree level (Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's). Additionally, a $3,500 hiring bonus is available for eligible candidates.

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
    • Current RN licensure in Minnesota and BLS certification required; ACLS and NCI certifications preferred.

    CentraCare - Monticello is a 25-bed critical access hospital offering a range of services, including Birthing Center, Medical/Surgical Unit, Pediatrics, ICU, and Geriatric Behavioral Health Unit.
