    Multifamily Apartment Asset Management Specialist

    Do not wait to apply after reading this description a high application volume is expected for this opportunity. Location: Primary Preference: Orlando, FL
    Compensation: Base Salary between $125,000 - $150,000, with performance bonuses and potential for equity participation in projects

    Role Overview: We are in search of an exceptional Asset Manager with a focus on multifamily housing projects. Ideally, you'll bring institutional experience from the property ownership aspect to manage a diverse portfolio comprising 10 properties and 2,000 units across key cities such as Dallas, Atlanta, Las Vegas, and Phoenix.

    Educational and Professional Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree is mandatory
    • At least 5 years of specialized experience in institutional multifamily asset management, with a preference for candidates with experience on the ownership side
    • Familiarity with Yardi software is a plus

    Key Duties:

    • Directly manage and oversee a portfolio with 10 properties totaling 2,000 units
    • Travel as needed, approximately one week per month, to visit and assess asset locations
    • Partner with on-site teams to streamline operations
    • Conduct data-driven analysis to enhance portfolio returns

    Work Culture:
