    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Staff Attorney to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. Our firm specializes in high-profile litigation cases, including class actions and mass actions, and has been recognized for securing billions in settlements and judgments.     Responsibilities:

    • Conduct in-depth legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
    • Draft, review, and revise legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
    • Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and arguments.
    • Analyze complex legal issues and provide well-reasoned recommendations.
    • Manage discovery processes, including document review and production.
    • Prepare motions and briefs that align with case objectives and legal standards.
    • Represent clients in litigation proceedings, advocating effectively on their behalf.
    • Maintain clear and detail-oriented communication with clients and stakeholders.
    • Stay informed about legal precedents and developments relevant to assigned cases.

    Requirements:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Active license to practice law in the state of Illinois.
    • Proven experience in civil litigation or plaintiff-side legal work.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
    • Proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, and discovery-related documents.
    • Familiarity with personal injury law and litigation processes.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Salary ranges from $80-85K + eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance
