    Joining as a Samet Superintendent, you will:

    • Provide field supervision for various construction projects in commercial/industrial, education, multi-family, and medical/healthcare sectors.
    • Develop and oversee project timelines.
    • Manage relationships with subcontractors.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
    • Prepare necessary project documentation for efficient site management.
    • Implement a comprehensive Quality Control/Quality Assurance program.
    • Promote safety on-site through proactive safety measures and our award-winning safety initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 7 years' experience as a project superintendent (preferably in multifamily projects).
    • Familiarity with LEAN construction practices and LEED Green Building standards.
    • Effective leaders who thrive in a collaborative work environment and build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
    • Openness to adopting new methodologies and technologies.
    • Stay updated on industry advancements and possess strong computer skills.
