    Position Summary:

    We are looking for a passionate brand builder and business leader to continue the momentum of the Little Bites brand. This is an exciting time to join our team as we evolve the brand to meet the ever-changing needs of our consumers and customers to unlock sources of growth.

    This position will support activities related to managing the Little Bites brand product portfolio, packaging design, communication and media efforts, consumer research, cross-functional project leadership, and other ad hoc needs like presentation prep, asset management, data collection, and more.

    Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data analysis of business results and recommend appropriate courses of action. Monitor KPIs and provide in-depth analysis to determine opportunities for growth. Provide relevant reports, gather key competitive intelligence, distill key learnings, develop recommendations, and report findings to team.
  • Responsible for maintenance of current product portfolio, including relevant eCommerce content.
  • Lead cross-functional teams for minor product updates like recipe and packaging changes, including project management tasks in PLM system.
  • Support the development of Limited-Edition flavors including ideation through commercialization.
  • Support the development of new campaign work, especially the management of the social media calendar and creative reviews in partnership with the Content team.
  • Support the evolution of the strategic media plan in partnership with the Media team.
  • Support the brand team with any other ad hoc requests for data, assets, slides, etc.
  • Support the Marketing Director and Brand Manager across daily brand activities.
  • Support team in annual planning process and inter-agency teams.

  • Ability to manage and work individually and across a diverse, cross-functional team of professionals including brand marketing, the marketing center of excellence, RGM, sales, R&D, supply chain, finance, and external agencies.
  • Ability to analyze data, tell a story and present a recommendation using data.

  • Attention to detail and an eye for creative / aesthetics.
  • The ability to develop and complete a series of goals and tactics with minimal supervision.
  • Must feel comfortable with public speaking and capable of creating and developing presentations.

    Education and Work History:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field. A combination of training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Experience with syndicated data preferred.
