Job summary
This position is responsible for the delivery of individualized patient care through the nursing process of assessment,planning, implementation and evaluation in accordance with the Standards of Nursing Care and Practice as defined by Ridgeview Medical Center,
the Minnesota Nurse Practice Standards Act and the ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice.
- Assesses patient health problems needs and develops,
implements and evaluates patient care plans accordingly. - Provides nursing care.
