- Maintaining INX's excellent relationship with the customer
- Reviewing scheduling and coordinating jobs with customer
- Being available for service call-ins as needed
- Performing technical service, color matching, ink production and dispensing ink
- Evaluating production requirements based on customer schedule changes
- Controlling Work-off
- Inventory management and monthly consignment counts
- Performing job estimates
- Providing press-side technical support
- Completing monthly reports
- Performing Quality Control tests on incoming and site-manufactured batches
- Following all safety requirements
- Data entry accuracy
- Manufacturing batches under 100 pounds
- Have a High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Be able to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Effectively communicate with peers and customers
- Have excellent written, reading comprehension and math skills
- Demonstrate proficient with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills
- Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Have good organization skills
- 2 to 5 years of work related experience
- Spectrophotometer knowledge & experience helpful
- Technically qualified to service Offset Sheetfed products
- Familiar with X-Rite IQC
- Flexible packaging knowledge
- Flexographic printing knowledge
- Solvent ink knowledge
- Previous lab, inplant, and warehouse experience
- SAP Knowledge
- Inplant pressroom experience
- College degree
